Oral Language Buzz Groups.

For Oral Language we are working on developing children’s confidence at standing up in front of their peers to talk about different topics.

Below is the topics/conversations for each week this term. I encourage you to talk with your child at home about what they would like to say. This isn’t a speech so no cue cards are needed and it can be any length of time.

Topics for Term 3

Week 2: What are you good at?

Week 3: What sort of work would you like to do in the future?

Week 4: Can you make a snack or a meal? What is it?

Week 5: How do you celebrate your birthday?

Week 6: If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?

Week 7: Do you help look after the home you live in? How?

Week 8: What is something fun to do that doesn’t cost any money?

Week 9: How are you are good friend to someone else?

Week 10: What would you do if you see someone being bullied?
